    We have shows every Friday and Saturday night.

  • How do I purchase tickets?

    Tickets are purchased online via our tickets page on this website using a debit or credit card. If you have trouble purchasing tickets online, please call us on 0432 057 224. The phone is manned from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.


    If you are a large group over 20, we can invoice you if you prefer. If you would like this option, please personal message us on Facebook, email us on info@luxnoir.com.au or phone us to arrange an invoice. 


    Please note that paid invoices are also sent out automatically upon ticket purchase. 



  • How do I redeem my gift voucher?

    Just call 0432 057 224, message us on Facebook or email us at info@luxnoir.com.au and we’ll get you booked in! 


    You cannot redeem your voucher online.



  • Can I reserve a ticket?

    No, unfortunately we do not reserve tickets. 


    All tickets must be purchased to ensure your booking.

  • If I'm in a group but we are buying our tickets separately, will we be seated together?

    Yes, when buying your ticket online, there is a question that asks if you are part of a group. Just put a person or group name in there, and you will be seated with everyone who has noted the same name.


    Please Note: Lux’s tables are fixed in place to optimise everyone’s view of the show. Depending on the amount and size of groups that have booked, you may not all be seated at the same table and may be spread over two or three tables next to each other. 

  • How do I book one of the group specials?

    To qualify for our ‘Party Package’, ‘Birthday Party Special’ or ‘Hens Night Special’, you must purchase eight or more general entry or VIP dinner and show tickets.


    Once you have purchased your tickets, which can be done individually or in one transaction (please see the above question regarding group purchases), please contact us through personal message on Facebook, email or phone to let us know that you have purchased the tickets and would like the special applied to your booking.


    Once we have confirmed your purchase, we will apply the requested special and any free ticket that is part of the special to your booking.

  • What happens if I'm part of a group, but some people purchased VIP tickets, and some purchased general entry?

    If you are part of a group that wants to be seated together, but some of the group members buy VIP tickets and some buy general entry tickets, please be aware that you might all be seated at a non-VIP table.


    Of course, those with VIP tickets will still receive all the other VIP perks. 

  • How many tickets are available on the date I want?

    You can check! You will be able to see up to 50 yourself by clicking on the date you want and adding tickets. The system will allow you to add up to 50 but it will only allow you to add the number of tickets that are available for that date.


    For example, if you are trying to purchase 12 and it will only allow you to put in seven, then there are only seven tickets left for that show. 


    If buying individually as part of a group, we would recommend checking to make sure there are enough tickets available before starting to purchase. 

  • Do you cater to dietary requirements?

    Yes, we do. ​Most dietary requirements, including—but not limited to—vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free/celiac, lactose-free and dairy-free, can be catered to, but they must be noted when purchasing the ticket.


    We cannot guarantee a request if made on the night. When buying your ticket there is a question that asks for dietary requirements, put your request in there.  

  • How many tickets can I buy at once?

    You can purchase up to 50 tickets in one transaction. 


    If you are purchasing more than 50 tickets please contact us first so we can confirm there are enough tickets available for you to purchase.


    The event will only allow you to purchase the number of tickets that are available for that show.


    For example, if you are trying to purchase ten tickets and it only allows you to put in seven, then there are only seven tickets left for that show.

  • What time does it start and finish?

    VIP ticket holders can enter from 6:30 pm and general entry ticket holders from 7:00 pm. 


    Dinner is served as guests arrive. The first act of the show starts at approximately 8:00 pm.


    During intermission, dessert is served.


    The second act of the show finishes at approximately 10:00 - 10:30 pm, depending on the show.

  • What is your seating like?

    Our seating is predominately standard tables and chairs.


    If you have any seating requirements, please fill in the question that asks about it when purchasing your ticket.

  • Are tickets refundable?

    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers unless, as stated by the QLD Office of Fair Trading, there is a major problem with the product or service offered.


    In some cases, as a show of good faith on our behalf, transfers may be offered at our discretion. If you have requested a transfer and have been transferred to another date and the show on the new date that you have been transferred to is cancelled or changed in any way, you are not, in this case, entitled to a refund. You are, however, eligible for another transfer. For more information, please see our refund policy. 

  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 799 Flinders St, Townsville City, 4810.

  • Are children allowed?

    No, our shows are MA 15+; however, no one under 18 is allowed to enter due to the environment. 

  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
